It is with mixed feelings that we announce that Dr. Lisa Hoekstra will be leaving Jupiter Family Medicine at the end of May to pursue other personal and professional goals. While we are saddened by her decision, we wish her the best in her future endeavors. Unfortunately, Lisa will not be maintaining a practice in her new position.
